Patient satisfaction survey: E-satis

Our establishment actively participates in the national system to measure the satisfaction of hospitalized patients, E-satis.  This sytem is co-piloted by the Haute Autorité de Santé​ and the Ministère chargé de la Santé (Department of Health).

Share your hospitalization experience and your level of satisfaction, and participate in improving the quality of care offered by healthcare providers.

To do this, there are 2 simple steps:

- Provide your email address when you are admitted

- Answer the national e-Satis questionnaire that you will receive by email after your hospitalization

In order to help us in our process of continuous healthcare quality and safety improvement, following your hospitalization, if you have an email address, you can give your opinion on your stay using a secure satisfaction questionnaire. and anonymized (e-Satis) available for consultation via a link sent to your mailbox 2 weeks after your hospitalization.

Each establishment receives its results continuously and an overall satisfaction score can be viewed by all on the site  www.scopesante.fr

Giving your opinion on your hospitalization allows:

• The establishment to understand its strengths and weaknesses so it can improve in order to better care for patients

• Each person to find out about the level of patient satisfaction for the healthcare establishment of their choice
